KDT's investment mandate is to originate and invest in promising entrepreneurs and disruptive technologies, building transformative platforms across various industries and technologies.KDT is seeking a Director to join the team, responsible for underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution for new financial investments in high-potential companies within the semiconductor and infrastructure theme.What You Will Do:- Drive underwriting, financial modeling, and due diligence activities for potential equity investments- Prepare presentations on potential transactions and investments for senior management that identify and assess valuation, return profile, competitive advantage, and risks- Perform industry and competitive analysis related to potential investments- Work with current portfolio companies, including in governance roles such as board member or observer- Build and maintain an internal and external relationship network within the semiconductor and AI infrastructure industry to stay informed of technology and commercial developments- Engage with industry-leading entrepreneurs and Koch executive leaders- Travel up to 20%Basic Qualifications:- Experience working in the semiconductor industry OR a degree in Engineering or Applied Physics- Experience in financial analysis and building financial models- Experience in corporate business development, mergers & acquisitions, or business investments- Experience preparing and delivering presentations to stakeholdersWhat Will Put You Ahead:- Bachelor's degree related to Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, Investments, Engineering, or Physics- Experience conducting company due diligence- Experience conducting market or industry analysis and research- Experience as a board member or observerApply for this Position #J-18808-Ljbffr
