How You Will Make an Impact

  • Coordinate new client business meetings, clear communication of launch or conversion requirements

  • Analyze, establish and review new client launches and conversion fund data in database

  • Work with external auditors and accounting to complete confirmation and due diligence requests

  • Assist and lead departmental initiatives

  • Attend and contribute to operational, client and regulatory meetings in order to maintain and improve client service

  • Provide coaching, training and leadership as necessary to the Investor Services team

  • Act as an escalation point and problem solver for the team, ensuring action plans are implemented in case of any service issues

  • Review and validate investor reporting to distribute to investors

  • Develop culture of continuous efficiency improvements resulting in increased capacity

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Financeor related field

  • 8+ years' experience in Investor Services or related field (financial services/fund administration, corporate communications, portfoliomanagementor securities analysis)

  • Previousmanagement experienceisrequired

  • Strong knowledge of financial services/mutual funds/hedge funds/private equity fundsrequired

  • Excellent communication skills, including written, listening and presentation abilities

  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Strong organizational and relationship building skills
