How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Lead strategic execution across the local market by translating our national vision into actionable plans that drive clinical growth and operational excellence.
  • Cultivate executive partnerships with Chief Nursing Officers and hospital leadership to ensure deep collaboration, open communication, and shared success.
  • Drive operational accountability by leveraging clinical data and direct observations to implement strategies that consistently meet and maintain high-performance benchmarks.
  • Champion change management by guiding teams through operational transitions, communicating the organization's vision, and maintaining strong budget stewardship.
  • Advance professional development by aligning local market operations with national educational priorities, empowering clinical associates to deliver exceptional patient care.

What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration: 
• Required Credential(s): 
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida. Credentialed from State Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. 
• Professional Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained within 18 Months (1 1/2 year) of hire date or job transfer date.

What additional preferences we're seeking
  • NPD Certification.
  • 50% travel between Jacksonville and Pensacola (depending on where candidate resides).
