Hiring: PMO Procurement Support Manager
Location: Nashville TN
Duration: 6 months (onsite)


Position Summary


We are seeking a Procurement PMO Support Manager with strong procurement and project management experience to support category leads in managing high-value sourcing initiatives. The role will oversee stage-gate processes, initiative tracking, financial reconciliation, and stakeholder coordination.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage end-to-end procurement sourcing initiatives and stage-gate processes.

  • Partner with category leads and stakeholders to track project progress and deliverables.

  • Monitor initiatives, identify risks or delay, and flag items requiring intervention.

  • Perform financial reconciliation, validation, and tracking for procurement initiatives.

  • Manage a portfolio/book of high-value procurement projects.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, milestones, and status updates in Asana.

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure timely project execution.

  • Support procurement leadership with status reporting and issue resolution.


Required Qualifications



  • Strong procurement/sourcing and PMO experience.

  • Experience managing high-value procurement initiatives or sourcing projects.

  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and stage-gate methodology.

  • Experience with financial reconciliation, validation, and project tracking.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Asana experience preferred; Jira or similar project-management tools are transferable.
