Are you experienced in a law firm setting and looking for a client-facing role with room to grow? Veliz & Associates, a boutique estate planning and probate firm in Coral Gables, FL, is hiring a Client Engagement Coordinator. In this role, youโ€™ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, deliver a concierge-level experience, and support the firmโ€™s growth through client relationship management and marketing initiatives. This position is perfect for someone with prior law firm experience (such as a paralegal, intake, or client services role) who wants to move into a client relations position with long-term career potential. Compensation $50,000 โ€“ $65,000 annually, plus performance incentives Responsibilities: โ€ข Serve as the first point of contact for potential estate planning and probate clients โ€ข Provide a warm, professional, concierge-level experience during all interactions โ€ข Guide prospective clients through initial consultations and assist with onboarding โ€ข Maintain relationships with referral partners and past clients โ€ข Support marketing efforts, including communications, events, referral outreach, and client development projects โ€ข Keep accurate client records and provide monthly reports to the founding attorney โ€ข Contribute to firm growth by strengthening client engagement and satisfaction Qualifications: โ€ข Minimum of two yearsโ€™ experience in a law firm setting (intake, paralegal, client services, or administrative support) โ€ข Fluent in Spanish (required) โ€ข Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients โ€ข Reliable, adaptable, detail-oriented, and highly organized โ€ข Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) preferred โ€ข Experience with Clio Manage and Clio Grow is a plus โ€ข Background in estate planning, probate, or related practice areas is a plus Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly
