What You Will Do:
  • Lead DT project execution across classified and unclassified Raytheon environments using Agile and/or Waterfall; drive disciplined delivery from initiation through close.
  • Plan and deliver DT scope for enterprise programs and site initiatives, including DT components supporting Real Estate/Project Delivery and facilities deployments.
  • Operate within REPM and leverage Planview and Jira roadmaps for intake, scheduling, tracking, and reporting; maintain transparent status and forecasts.
  • Own scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder engagement; run change control, enforce quality gates and readiness criteria, and enable cross-team delivery.
  • Manage risks and dependencies; lead mitigation plans and escalate decisively when needed.
  • Manage EVMS/CAM, KPIs, staffing, and executive-level reporting; present performance and corrective actions.
  • Partner with GSS, Cyber, CDS and Site Security to ensure DFARS, CMMC, RMF, and JSIG compliance
  • Create and control project documentation aligned to REPM and portfolio processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Engineering, Security/GSS, Cyber/CDS/Infrastructure (Risk & Resilience), Real Estate/Project Delivery, Manufacturing, ISC, Finance, Program leadership; partner with Architecture to shape integrated solutions.

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 8+ years relevant experience (or 5+ with an advanced degree).
  • Active U.S. Secret clearance with eligibility for special access; U.S. citizenship required.
  • Experience managing budgets, resources, suppliers using Agile and/or Waterfall methodology.

Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Experience managing complex DT scope involving multiple stakeholders; leadership as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Technical Project Manager.
  • Experience deploying DT capabilities in classified and unclassified Raytheon/RTX environments; strong understanding of Raytheon operational processes and site/program integration.
  • Project management experience integrating Digital Technology with Facility (Real Estate) buildout projects (e.g. new construction or transformation of space).
  • Experience with Jira, Jira roadmaps, Confluence, and Planview; knowledge of REPM and RTX project governance.
  • Experience with cost, schedule, and risk management; partnership with GSS and site security for compliance, accreditation, markings/handling.
  • Application of CORE methodologies and documentation coordination across functions.
  • Stakeholder influence; business case development; SOW/contract support; certifications such as PMP, PMX/CMX, SAFe, or EVMS/CAM credentials.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
