We are seeking a Senior Associate, Digital Product Manager to join the PIMCO Pro team. This role focuses on client account servicing, investment analytics, and digital workflows and is designed for a high-potential product manager looking to deepen their asset management expertise and grow into senior product leadership over time.

What You'll Do
  • Own and deliver defined product features and workflows within PIMCO Pro, with a focus on client account servicing, reporting, and investment analytics
  • Partner with senior product leaders to contribute to roadmap planning and product strategy, with increasing ownership as experience and impact grow
  • Develop deep domain expertise in PIMCO investment products, portfolio construction, account structures, and distribution servicing workflows
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, compliance, and investment teams to translate business and client needs into clear product requirements
  • Gather and synthesize user, stakeholder, and data-driven insights to inform prioritization and product decisions
  • Measure product performance and identify opportunities to improve client and internal experience

PIMCO follows a total compensation approach when rewarding employees which includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus. Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors. The discretionary bonus is used to award performance and therefore is determined by company, business, team, and individual performance.
Salary Range: $ 100,000.00 - $ 112,000.00
