We are seeking an Associate Civil Engineer to join our Water Resources Department. We are looking for dynamic and experienced engineers who are dedicated to continuous professional growth and expanding their expertise. Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and manage multiple water resources-related projects.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the planning and design of water, wastewater, stormwater, and drainage infrastructure projects.
  • Effectively communicate with public agencies, regulatory bodies, and clients.
  • Adhere to firm-wide policies and procedures related to human resources management, project management, financial management, client relations, quality assurance and control, and business development.
  • Research, analyze, and present technical performance data and project measures related to water resources systems.
  • Manage multiple projects with strict adherence to budgets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Maintain a proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual personal performance goals (i.e., leads by example).
  • Demonstrate successful staff integration and team building at multiple levels of management.
  • Maintain registration as an engineer in the state of California.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
