Associate Designer, Headwear Ind Contributor Westwood, MA, US 22 days ago Requisition ID: 2182 Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $60,000.00 Annually Associate Designer - Headwear Reporting to the Design Manager, the Associate Designer - Headwear assist in creating industry leading headwear designs that are on brief, on trend, on time, and embody '47 brand DNA and maximize market opportunities. PRODUCT/MARKET Basic understanding of relevant market headwear style trends.

Assists Senior Designers in creating and producing new headwear designs that align to larger '47 Brand product creative direction with supervision from Design leadership. Support senior designers by executing segmented design tasks, concept research. CRAFT/MANUFACTURING Possesses a basic understanding of one or some of the following: headwear manufacturing, graphic design, industrial design, embroidery, fabrics.

Basic working knowledge of relevant design software. ORGANIZATION/PROCESS Works to develop an understanding of company processes as they relate to the creation and production of product. PROJECT MANAGEMENT Able to manage own workload with assistance from Design Manager PEOPLE/LEADERSHIP Works to develop a relationship with cross functional partners. COMMUNICATION/INFLUENCE Able to present work confidently at internal reviews and critiques
