Fabletics is currently looking for an Associate Designer - Scrubs.

The Associate Designer - Scrubs will support the seasonal development of new product from concept through commercialization while partnering with the team to bring great ideas to life. What you will do:
  • Support the Design team throughout the seasonal product development process from concept through commercialization.
  • Create and update CADs, colorways, line sheets, presentation materials and design documentation.
  • Assist with seasonal product updates including prints, graphics, trims and embellishments.
  • Partner with vendors and cross-functional teams to coordinate seasonal trim development, approvals and execution.
  • Support cross-functional and project-based design initiatives that contribute to the continued growth of the Scrubs business.
  • Prepare samples, design boards and meeting materials for seasonal reviews.
  • Coordinate wear tests, sample management and seasonal design libraries.
  • Conduct trend research, competitive shopping and market analysis to inspire future product.
  • Maintain organized design files, seasonal documentation and product information within Centric PLM.
  • Help keep seasonal projects organized and on track by maintaining accurate documentation, timelines and follow-through.
  • Bring curiosity, fresh ideas and a willingness to explore new ways of working-including AI-to help strengthen the Design team.

What you can bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of apparel design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator required).
  • Experience with PLM systems (Centric preferred).
  • Foundational understanding of garment construction, fit and apparel product development.
  • Strong organizational, communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Curious, collaborative and eager to learn.
  • Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $70,304 - $76,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
