Registered Dental Hygienist: Single Column & Generous Appointment Times

Dorion & Associates Dental Group is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our fun, team-oriented practice. We are a non-corporate office where patient care is the absolute priority. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join us for 32-40 hours per week. In this role, you will enjoy a work environment that values quality over quantity, featuring single-column scheduling with 60–90 minute appointments to ensure you have the time to provide exceptional care.
Located in the heart of Chapel Hill, NC, Dorion & Associates Dental Group is dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for each patient using a long-term approach to treatment planning. Our mission is to advocate for complete oral and systemic health in a calm, inviting environment. Job Description

Patient Care: Provide high-quality dental hygiene care while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Education: Educate patients regarding their oral health, addressing questions and concerns to advocate for long-term wellness.
Operations: Participate in daily huddles and complete assigned checklists to ensure the practice flows smoothly.
Compliance: Maintain strict patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations and follow all safety policies (OSHA and Blood-borne Pathogens).
Collaboration: Demonstrate a team-first attitude, helping to maintain a positive culture and seamless workflow.
Administrative: Utilize computer systems for charting and patient records (Dentrix) and handle customer service interactions with integrity.

Salary Range

Part-time $52 - $60 per hour

Requirements

Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License for the State of North Carolina.

Preferences

Associate degree in Dental Hygiene.
