About the Role:
Somerset Learning Center is looking for a knowledgeable and reliable High School Math Teacher/Tutor to join our team in Bridgewater/Raritan, NJ.  This is a great opportunity to make a difference in students' lives! This position is ideal for a full time math teacher looking to tutor after school, as well as a retired math teacher who wants to continue helping students.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual instruction/tutoring in Algebra, Geometry, and Precalculus
  • Prepare students for math sections of SAT and other standardized tests (we will train)
  • Clearly explain math concepts and encourage students
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field
  • State Teaching Certification in math
  • 2+ Years Prior math teaching experience
  • Convenient location to our office
