Job Description General Description : Accounts Receivable ("AR") Associate at Floratine Products Group, Inc. will perform the entire Accounts Receivable function from invoicing to cash applications. Key Responsibilities : Match, batch, code and enter sales invoices Enter, post and reconcile sales batches daily Ensure proper revenue recognition of sales batches Research and resolve AR issues with Distributors Update and reconcile AR sub-ledger to the general ledger Maintain cash applications, account reconciliations and credit memos from returns Communicate with Distributors via phone, email, mail or personally Assist with month end close (send statements, run reports) Cross train with AP Associate Maintain a filing system for AR invoices Answer corporate phone lines and in-person window Skills and Attributes : AR Associate should have strong communication, customer service and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office application including Excel is expected and familiarity with additional software programs is valued. Educational Requirement : Associate degree in Accounting or related financial discipline is preferred. Previous experience in accounts receivable is highly valued. #J-18808-Ljbffr
