As a Wellness Associate, youโ€™ll guide guests through leading-edge therapies like cryotherapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, compression massage, IV drips, and more โ€” helping them build wellness routines that truly make a difference.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Greet guests with positivity and professionalism, creating an exceptional first impression.

  • Educate members on our services and recommend personalized wellness routines.

  • Convert first-time guests into loyal members through engaging tours and consultative sales.

  • Manage scheduling, phone inquiries, and point-of-sale transactions with accuracy.

  • Maintain a clean, calming, and welcoming studio environment.

  • Support member retention through follow-up, relationship-building, and community engagement.

  • Collaborate with your team to create an energized, service-focused culture.

What You Bring:

  • 6+ months of customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience.
