Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, WI is seeking a TEAM LEAD- GUEST SERVICES to join our PATIENT REGISTRATION team!

The Team Lead of Guest Services monitors day-to-day functions of the Guest Services area. Assures that all reception staff greets, register and direct patients in a professional manner.

HOURS: Full Time 0.8 FTE, 64 Hours Biweekly

Experience/Qualifications

  • Knowledge of office standards and procedures normally acquired through completion of a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • An Associate’s degree in business management or related field preferred

  • Two years of office experience, preferably in a medical facility

  • Three years of supervisory experience highly desired

  • Computer experience and basic computer keyboarding skills required

  • Ability to display professional competence while being personable and discreet

  • Possess superior organizational skills, analytical abilities and proven written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with providers, patients, employees and the public
