Roles & Responsibilities:
• Discussion with the business stakeholders to identify scope of the project.
• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions
• Do analysis to highlight impacts, feasibility, and risk with the project.
• Communicate the findings to the stakeholders for buy In
• Provide walkthrough with each stakeholder (Business/Development/Testing) for approval.
• Support the project through its entire lifecycle by clarifying the observations or concerns raised by stakeholders.
Qualifications
Technical/Functional Skills:
• Experience as a Business Analyst
• Expertise in collaborating with Business users, Cross functional Groups to gather requirements
• Create Business and Functional requirements
• Experience in Creating User Stories, Use Case Diagrams and User Specifications
• Excellent Communication Skills A MUST - across customer, business, and Technical landscape
• Ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Experience in handling Data transfer projects
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
Relevant Experience:
• 4 plus years
Generic Managerial Skills:
• Very good communication and coordination skills
Education:
• Bachelor's Degree
