Accounting Manager

Position Summary

The Accounting Manager will perform detailed financial analysis, maintain development accounting records, and support compliance and reporting requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities

· Maintain development cost ledgers and project accounting records.

· Track sources and uses of funds.

· Prepare financial schedules and supporting documentation.

· Assist with project draw requests and funding requisitions.

· Reconcile development expenditures to budgets and financing sources.

· Prepare variance analyses and financial reports.

· Support investor, lender, and auditor requests.

· Assist with preparation of annual financial statements and audit schedules.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

· Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.

· Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

· Experience with real estate or construction accounting preferred.
