About the role:As an Associate Data Scientist, you’ll support the development and maintenance of data-driven models, analytics solutions, and emerging AI capabilities that help drive insight and efficiency across the organization. This is a hands-on, growth-oriented role designed for early-career professionals who are eager to learn modern data science practices while contributing to real-world business outcomes.What’s in it for you: Hands-on experience working with real production data and machine learning systems Exposure to modern data science tools, cloud platforms, and AI frameworks Mentorship from experienced Data Scientists and Senior Data Scientists Opportunities to grow your technical skills while learning how analytics supports business decisions A collaborative, agile environment that values curiosity and continuous learning Comprehensive benefits package with health, dental and vision coverage and 401(k) with company matchWhat you’ll be doing: Assisting in the development and maintenance of machine learning models and analytics pipelines Supporting both batch and streaming data workflows under guidance from senior team members Collaborating with business partners to understand data needs and analytical questions Working with Python, SQL, and modern ML libraries in cloud-based environments Supporting Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and foundational AI integrations Monitoring model performance and supporting data quality and operational maintenance Contributing to dashboards, visualizations, and data products used across the organizationWhat you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience Foundational experience with Python and data analysis libraries Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and data modeling Familiarity with SQL and structured datasets Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn* Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectivelyEmployment visa sponsorship is unavailable for this position.
