As an Associate Salesforce Administrator, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain, and support Salesforce users, security settings, custom objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards.

  • Support business processes across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud while assisting with platform enhancements and user adoption initiatives.

  • Maintain data quality through data imports, exports, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution activities.

  • Support Salesforce governance, system testing, release management, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Provide end-user support, onboarding, training, and guidance to help teams maximize Salesforce capabilities and best practices.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce security, reports, dashboards, Flow Builder, and data management concepts.

  • Experience with Salesforce data management tools such as Data Loader.

  • Exposure to Marketing Cloud and Salesforce integrations.

  • Experience with SQL Server, Snowflake, or other enterprise data platforms is an asset.

  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik is preferred.

English Proficiency: Intermediate level of English proficiency is required, as the role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and Salesforce users, as well as creating documentation and providing user support on a regular basis.
