The Associate Data Entry/Quality Control staff member completes electronic case report forms by entering study data collected by the research team into the electronic data capture system (EDC). You will play an essential role at QPS MRA by ensuring that all activities are properly planned and conducted in order to meet sponsor’s study timelines.

The Job

  • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of lab report, ECG, and screening packet
  • Review source document templates prepared by the coordinators and share the findings/discrepancies.
  • Review protocol and oversee the QC of study sources and source verification
  • Oversee and manage the data collection for electronic case report form completion
  • Identify trends, implement change with coordinators, and inform supervisor
  • Implement and complete worksheets as necessary to help workflow
  • Report the amount of data entry performed monthly to supervisor
  • Assist with research database audits

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required/Associate’s degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum one year of relevant Data Entry experience
  • General computer skills
  • Experience using different electronic data capture system (EDC)
  • A bilingual person in Spanish and English is required.
