Job description

Business Operations Associate (Data Lead)

Job type: Full Time · Department: Operations · Work type: On-Site · USD 120,000-150,000 / year

Los Angeles, California, United States

Business Operations Associate (Data Lead)Company Overview

Daybreak is revolutionizing sleep health through innovative at-home solutions for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Our FDA-cleared products include a simple finger-worn sleep test and a custom-fit mandibular advancement device that eliminates the need for bulky CPAP machines, masks, or hoses. We empower individuals to reclaim restful sleep conveniently from home, handling everything from diagnosis to insurance processing with a patient-first approach.

Serving thousands of patients nationwide, Daybreak is committed to making sleep apnea care more accessible through technology, clinical excellence, and exceptional patient experiences.

Role Overview

This is a Business Operations role. You will be Daybreak's point person for all things data. We're looking for someone who treats data as a lever for making the business smarter: driving efficiency, exposing gaps, shifting teams from reactive to proactive, and equipping everyone at Daybreak to move faster and decide better.

You'll own the full spectrum: the infrastructure and delivery of data and analytics, but also support through data science, operational problem-solving, stakeholder management, financial analysis, and AI-powered enablement across the company. Think of it as a hybrid of Business Operations, Finance, Analytics, and Data Engineering: you build the systems, you run the analysis, and you sit at the table where the decisions get made.

Daybreak is unusual in how much of the patient journey we own: marketing acquisition
