Job description

GTI is a contract manufacturing partner supporting customers in renewable energy, power generation, infrastructure, and industrial systems.
We fabricate custom designed, purpose-built enclosures and skids for our customers and perform mechanical and electrical integration in-house, delivering a true turn-key product to our customers. Our scope spans Engineering, prototype builds, through full production, requiring teams that can move fast, adapt, and execute with precision.

Key Responsibilities
Release of hardware to the manufacturing floor through the finished product. Plan out the product stages and best practices to be used out on the factory floor. High level of technical expertise and skill, which they use to set-up, modify, optimize and monitor production processes. Examine process flows and look for ways to streamline production, improving turnaround times. Responsible to make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. People skills will come into play to work across multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications
  • 1-5+ years' experience in manufacturing.
  • Ability to generate assembly work instructions for assembling hardware in Dozuki.
  • Ability to read blueprint/drawings and BOM's.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of Engineering, Quality Assurance and Production teams
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and errors in paperwork.
  • Demonstrated high degree of mechanical aptitude.
  • Experience with assembly of hardware.
  • Experience troubleshooting process problems in a technical environment.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Personally accountable for responsibilities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate across levels and functions. Excellent organizational skills.
