Job description

dcbel Inc. (www.dcbel.energy) designs and sells residential products to make clean, efficient, and sustainable energy accessible to all — because everyone in the world deserves energy without compromise.

dcbel is at the leading edge of the residential energy revolution. Its products enable decentralized energy consumption and production through its vertically integrated suite of energy hardware and software products, and their supporting infrastructure.

Our flagship product, dcbel Ara, is a Home Energy Station that gives everyone ownership over their energy supply by using solar power to charge their EV and power their home, unlocking their EV’s battery for blackout protection, backup power (V2H) and grid services (V2G), and optimizing the energy flow between their solar panels, EVs, stationary battery and the grid.

The opportunity

dcbel is seeking a Senior Application Integration Specialist to own and evolve the organization's Integration Services capability, ensuring seamless, secure, and reliable data flow across all internal and external systems. This role connects every business-critical platform — ERP, CRM, engineering, and collaboration systems — enabling automation, scalability, and operational efficiency across the enterprise. The candidate will operate as the single point of accountability for system-to-system data movement and orchestration, acting as a cross-functional enabler of dcbel's application ecosystem.

Main responsibilities

  • Own the Enterprise Integration Services landscape: technical requirements, governance, standards, patterns, and continuous evolution — ensuring scalability.
  • Own system connectivity and data orchestration across ERP, CRM, Power Platform, Atlassian, engineering systems, and SaaS platforms.
  • Own end-to-end business process automation across departments, reducing manual intervention through integration workflows.
  • Own data integrity, reliability, and monitoring including logging, alerting, and incident management.
  • Own integration architecture and technical direction including APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns aligned with Azure.
  • Own security and compliance: authentication, authorization, and auditability of data flows.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and external partners; act as bridge between business and technical execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement through modern integration patterns and reusable components.

Key requirements

  • 7+ years in application integration or enterprise systems.
  • Strong Microsoft ecosystem experience: Dynamics 365, Azure Integration Services, Power Platform.
  • Hands-on experience integrating SaaS platforms (Atlassian, engineering tools, etc.).
  • Experience designing real-time and batch integrations using APIs and integration patterns.
  • Experience in manufacturing or ERP-centric environments (asset).
  • Experience supporting production environments where reliability and data consistency matter.

Certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) (asset)
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) (asset)
  • Azure Integration Services certification or equivalent (asset)

Profile

  • Systems thinking and enterprise architecture mindset.
  • Strong judgement balancing reliability, security, scalability, and business impact.
  • Ownership mindset: proactively identifies gaps and risks.
  • Ability to translate business processes into technical integration solutions.
  • Independent, structured, and end-to-end execution capability.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, result oriented and strong EQ.

What's in it for you

  • Be part of a company that is backed by numerous globally respected investors and has world-changing patents in an industry changing for the first time in history.
  • Grow your professional experience amongst blue chip partners and a close-knit team of committed and experienced energy experts who deeply care about the work they do.
  • Full benefits package including Health insurance, Health virtual care, employee stock options plan (ESOP) and flexible hours. Parking available or with our employer commute program a short walking distance from Metro Namur.
