Inside Sales Representative
Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to serve as a key point of contact for customers while supporting sales and order management activities. This individual will play a critical role in building and maintaining customer relationships, managing order activity, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and account-related questions.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Process and manage customer orders accurately while ensuring compliance with company procedures and requirements.
- Communicate order status, lead times, production schedules, and delivery updates to customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and supporting sales documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and ongoing account support.
- Resolve customer concerns and service issues promptly, escalating matters when appropriate.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure customer expectations are met.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of inside sales, customer service, account management, or related experience, preferably within a - manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience utilizing ERP and/or CRM systems preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
