Ready to make an impact with data? As a Senior Associate, Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in transforming data into meaningful insights that support every area of the business. Using modern analytics, reporting, and AI-powered tools, you'll help drive smarter decisions and operational success.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Build new, informative dashboards and enhance existing dashboards
  • Enhance reporting capabilities by incorporating forecasting, trend analysis, and forward-looking performance indicators where applicable
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business questions into analytical solutions, and ensure reporting outputs are actionable and aligned with business objectives
  • Reconcile data from source to reporting presentation layer
  • Analyze company metrics, both methodologies and calculations, and produce recommendations for management to standardize where needed
  • Become SME on current and future data infrastructures
  • Perform ad hoc data and reporting analyses
  • Develop proposals for fully automated data and reporting solutions and present to management/stakeholders
  • Support data ownership and governance activities for the Data & Analytics team, including data definition alignment, data quality rule creation, documentation, and issue resolution for reporting assets
  • Support the ongoing Enterprise Data Warehouse development effort, inclusive of technical requirements analysis and user acceptance testing, as needed
  • Present convincing arguments to improve business processes backed by sound data and analytical methods

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, Finance/Economics or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business experience in a reporting or analytics role for at least 5 years
  • Experience building reports using modern Business Intelligence tools
  • Experience using AI-enabled productivity or analytics tools to improve reporting, documentation, automation, or analytical workflows, inclusive of building skills, markdown files, and agents
  • Fluency in SQL
  • Financial Services experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Statistics
  • Experience with Snowflake
  • Consumer finance experience
  • Advanced coding experience in using programming languages like Python, R, Spark, and Scala
  • Experience using Sigma

  • Understanding of loan amortization methods and schedules
