Job description


COLSA Corporation is seeking a Network Computer Systems Analyst (Senior) to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Rapid Enterprise Solutions Division (AFLCMC/EBR) at Eglin AFB, FL. AFLCMC/EBR provides enterprise capabilities and support to the Air Force Armament Directorate and its programs.
  • Provide Tier I and Tier II technical support for IT systems and end users.
  • Image, patch, configure, and support classified and unclassified systems.
  • Administer and maintain SharePoint and help desk ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware, software, connectivity, and system access issues through in-person and remote support.
  • Provide technical support for briefings, presentations, video teleconferences (VTCs), and virtual meetings.
  • Maintain and support telecommunications and secure communications systems, including secure voice, VoIP, fax, voicemail, VTC, desktop VTC, and presentation equipment.
  • Manage organizational mailboxes, folder permissions, security groups, and distribution groups.
  • Configure and support mobile devices, commercially hosted websites, and cloud-based systems.
  • Perform IT equipment custodian responsibilities, including inventory, accountability, equipment transfers, and disposition.
  • Assist end users with business systems, system access, and restoration of information.
  • Perform cybersecurity liaison duties and support related cybersecurity activities.

Required Experience
Required Qualifications
  • Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 11 years of relevant experience.
    • Associate's degree in a related field and 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be a US Citizen; Current Top Secret clearance required
  • Experience administering network and computer systems in DoD or enterprise environment
  • Experience supporting secure systems and compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements

Preferred Qualifications
  • DoD 8140 / 8570 IAT Level II or higher (e.g., Security+ CE, CISSP, CCNA Security, or equivalent)
  • Experience with Windows and/or Linux system administration in classified environments
  • Experience supporting Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes and ATO packages
  • Experience with network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
