Job Description

As a Fashion Retail Sales Associate at Malibu Fox, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional customer experience and ensuring that each visitor feels valued and inspired. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including the latest fashion trends, designers, and unique pieces in the boutique. Stay updated with the ever-evolving fashion industry to offer expert advice and make informed suggestions to customers.
  • Sales and Conversion: Demonstrate exceptional sales skills by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and effectively promoting merchandise to drive sales. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while ensuring a seamless checkout process.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist Visual Merchandiser in maintaining an attractive and visually appealing boutique environment. Participate in visual merchandising activities, such as arranging displays, organizing inventory, and ensuring products are well-presented and accessible.
  • Clienteling: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, building a loyal client base through personalized follow-ups, styling tips, and special promotions. Provide outstanding after-sales service to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
  • Compensation between $14-$17+/hr
Qualifications
