Job description

Description:
All employees, including management, will participate daily in the needs of the wash site. This includes, but not limited to, Loading Cars, Prepping Cars, Dumping Trash, Sweeping Parking Lot, Selling Memberships, Assisting Customers in The Vacuum Area, Pay Station, Office, Tunnel Cleaning, Trench and Pit Cleaning, and any other area of cleaning or customer interaction as necessary.
Shift Lead (FT or PT) - Will support the Site Manager with their responsibilities. Will ensure the Company's Core Purpose and Core Values are demonstrated while leading the on-site team. Will ensure all company policies and procedures are followed. Will participate in any Company lead training/workshops to develop their abilities.
Pay Rate: $16.00
Requirements:
Shift Lead (FT or PT) - As a Shift Lead you have been identified as an individual who has shown the desire and ability to be developed into an Assistant Manager. Shift Leads can be either a Full-Time or Part-Time associate.
• Provide Support for the Site Manager with all Site Manager Responsibilities.
• Perform Crew Member Tasks Daily.
Crew Member (FT or PT) - As a Crew Member you are our front-line customer advocates. Ensuring they receive a best-in-class wash and Superior Customer Service Experience. Your daily tasks include but are not
limited to the following:
• Assisting Customers at Pay Stations.
• Assisting Customers in the Vacuum area.
• Follow Company guidelines to ensure the customer's vehicles are properly prepped.
• Follow Company guidelines to ensure the customer's vehicle is properly loaded.
• Assist Customers in the Office.
• Assisting with all site cleaning activities. Including Landscaping areas, Parking Lot, Tunnel, Trench, Pit, Office, Pay Station Areas, Maintenance Room, Driveway, and any other area management instructs.
• Assist with basic mechanical necessities in the mechanical room and tunnel.
• Follow Company guidelines regarding the Damage Claim Process.
• Follow Company guidelines regarding our Cleaner/Towel Program.
• Follow all Company guidelines regarding the Point of Sale.
• Process Open/Closing/Weekly PM Checklists.
• Adhere to any Company Initiatives.
• Follow Company Guidelines regarding Uniform Dress Code Policy.
• Follow Company guidelines regarding the Time Clock / PTO Policy.
• Follow Company guidelines regarding our Rewards Program including assisting customers initializing their account as well as linking their wash package.
• Follow Company guidelines regarding our Safety Policy.
• Follow Company guidelines regarding our Code of Conduct Policy.
• Follow our Have Fun and Excell Policy. Have Fun, you're washing cars after all.
