Job description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team at the Liquor Store. As a Liquor Store associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for both employees and customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide product recommendations and information to customers
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels
  • Monitor and rotate product expiration dates
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance
  • Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety and security
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
  • Assist in receiving and checking inventory shipments
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the store manager


Qualifications:


  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
