Le ou la Designer associé(e) soutient l’équipe de design dans la création graphique ainsi que dans la coordination des informations nécessaires aux équipes d’approvisionnement et d’ajustement. La personne titulaire du poste contribue également à la gestion des échantillons et de la bibliothèque de couleurs, ainsi qu’à la préparation de présentations destinées aux clients.

Responsabilités
  • Produire et mettre à jour des dessins techniques à plat et des dessins CAO dans Adobe Illustrator.
  • Soutenir l’équipe de design dans le développement de concepts et de produits, notamment par la création de rendus de produits, la recoloration et le redimensionnement d’imprimés, la création de cartes de couleurs, la mise à jour de dessins CAO, le placement d’éléments graphiques et la conception de garnitures et autres détails.
  • Participer à la préparation de présentations clients et de projets spéciaux, notamment en organisant et en expédiant des échantillons ainsi qu’en créant des catalogues numériques et des rendus visuels.
  • Créer, organiser et maintenir les bibliothèques d’échantillons et de couleurs pour les équipes.
  • Organiser et maintenir les fichiers numériques de façon structurée et à jour.
Exigences
  • DEC en design de mode, design graphique ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Excellente maîtrise de la suite Adobe Creative Cloud, particulièrement Illustrator et Photoshop.
  • Bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, notamment Excel, Outlook et PowerPoint.
  • Capacité à évoluer efficacement dans un environnement dynamique axé sur les échéanciers, tout en gérant plusieurs projets et priorités simultanément.
  • Grand sens de l’organisation, créativité et souci du détail, avec un excellent œil pour le design et la précision.
  • Esprit d’équipe positif et collaboratif, avec une volonté d’apprendre, une grande capacité d’adaptation et une ouverture à la rétroaction constructive.

The Associate Designer supports the design team with graphic design, coordination of information for handoffs to sourcing and fit teams. Supporting design teams with sample and color library management and customer presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Produce and update flat sketches and CAD drawings in Adobe Illustrator
  • Design assistance to supporting concept & product development, product renderings, recoloring/rescaling prints, creating color cards, cad updates, artwork placement, trims, etc.

  • Provide support with customer presentations, special projects, including but not limited to arranging & mailing samples, creating digital catalogs and visual renderings.
  • Creating, organizing and maintaining sample and color library for teams
  • Organize and maintain digital files

Requirements:

  • DEC in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while effectively managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented, with a strong eye for design and accuracy.
  • Positive and collaborative team player who is eager to learn, adaptable, and receptive to constructive feedback.
