• Maintain a diverse caseload of clients, building meaningful rapport and fostering collaborative therapeutic relationships guided by ethical standards.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients, discussing their progress, addressing challenges, and planning for discharge as necessary.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that align with the unique needs of each client.
• Perform thorough intake assessments to establish a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health histories and current challenges.
• Document each client's progress meticulously, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and comply with best practices in mental health care.
• Participate in individual supervision sessions for professional development and continuous learning.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with other healthcare providers to enhance the integration of services delivered to clients.
• Adopt and maintain a growth mindset, striving for personal and professional development within your practice.

Our client base includes a diverse range of individuals and families seeking mental health support for various challenges. Our counselors work with both adults and children, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. We embrace a holistic approach to mental health, aiming not just to alleviate symptoms but to promote overall well-being and resilience within our community.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Licensed as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with an unrestricted and active designation.
• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Proficiency with digital systems and tools, including RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, email clients (Outlook), and practice management software (Pimsy).

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services, including individual therapy sessions and family counseling.
• Competence in performing intake assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000, based on experience and qualifications. We operate under a fee-for-service model, guaranteeing rates and providing payment in advance of collections, which translates to no waiting for reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
