Senior Copywriter
Build the Story Before the World Sees the Product.

We're looking for a highly conceptual, strategically minded Senior Copywriter who thinks like a Creative Strategist and builds ideas long before they become campaigns. This isn't a role for someone who waits for a brief. It's for someone who helps write it.
Operating from our state-of-the-art Creative Design Hub in Manhattan's Flatiron District, you'll work at the intersection of consumer behavior, industrial design, engineering, and culture to uncover the emotional insight hiding inside technical innovation. You'll help define what products are called, what they stand for, how they show up in the world, and why people will obsess over them.
The ideal candidate doesn't just write beautiful copy. They transform complex technology into simple, unforgettable human stories that shape everything from packaging and retail to television, social, e-commerce, launch events, and beyond.
Build Stories Before They Become Campaigns
Partner with Product Marketing, Industrial Design, Engineering, Consumer Insights, and Executive Leadership to uncover the product's most ownable story before advertising ever begins. Translate technical innovation into compelling human truths and develop strategic messaging platforms that influence every customer touchpoint-from product naming and packaging to retail displays, launch films, Amazon PDPs, and integrated campaigns.
Distill Complexity Into Culture

Drive Big-Idea Conceptual Thinking
Lead the development of breakthrough creative platforms that scale seamlessly across television, OTT, retail, e-commerce, Amazon, paid social, experiential, PR, packaging, product launches, and emerging media.
Develop ideas that are culturally relevant, strategically grounded, and capable of living across every consumer touchpoint-not just a single campaign.
Own the Voice

From product naming and positioning to manifesto writing, launch campaigns, TV scripts, social content, retail messaging, packaging, keynote presentations, and executive storytelling, you'll help define and protect the voice of our brands across the globe.
Think Visually
Great product stories don't begin with copy.
They begin with an idea.
Partner closely with Creative Directors, Designers, Art Directors, and Motion teams while using AI-powered visual concepting to rapidly prototype key visuals, storyboards, demonstrations, product experiences, and campaign territories. You'll help shape the story visually from its earliest stages-not simply write to finished designs.
Bring the Story to Life
Partner with Creative Directors and production teams throughout scripting, pre-production, filming, post-production, and launch execution to ensure the original strategic idea survives every stage of development.
Champion an AI-Native Creative Workflow
Leverage frontier AI tools-including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and emerging creative models-as creative partners, not shortcuts.
Use AI to accelerate research, uncover consumer insights, explore naming territories, pressure-test positioning, generate strategic alternatives, prototype campaign concepts, visualize ideas, and rapidly iterate across copy and creative directions.
The ideal candidate knows how to ask extraordinary questions, synthesize hundreds of possibilities into a few breakthrough ideas, and use AI to spend less time generating options-and more time making better creative decisions.
Raise the Creative Bar

Qualifications

• 6+ Years of Copywriting Experience: Proven track record within a fast-paced creative agency or a high-velocity in-house creative department (direct experience with consumer goods, lifestyle, or DTC brands is highly preferred).
• An Elite, Multi-Channel Portfolio: Demonstrates exceptional conceptual thinking, top-tier short-and-long-form copywriting, successful broadcast/video scriptwriting, and a deep understanding of platform-native social content and digital commerce ecosystems.
• Technical-to-Human Translator: A proven ability to dissect complex technology or engineering specifications and translate them into simple, emotional, and benefit-driven consumer hooks.
• Fluency in Modern Creative Tools: A strong familiarity with collaborative platforms like Figma and an active, hands-on passion for utilizing generative AI tools to accelerate the concepting and prototyping phases.
• Thrives in High-Velocity Environments: You are highly adaptable, prolific with copy options, and energized by tight deadlines. You excel at keeping a premium bar for creative craft while matching the speed of a global innovator.

What Does Success Look Like?

• In 30 Days: You have fully integrated into our NYC Creative Design Hub, aligned with your core art direction and brand partners, and mastered the distinct voice, tone, and strategic goals of your assigned product category.
• In 90 Days: You are independently taking raw product briefs and driving the conceptual development for major upcoming campaigns-pitching 3+ distinct narrative directions that span from broadcast scripts down to mobile-first social hooks.
• In 1 Year: You have written and launched high-performing global campaigns that have fundamentally shifted consumer perception and driven record-breaking product adoption. Your frameworks have up-leveled the strategic writing output of the NYC studio, delivering campaigns that are "Outrageously Extraordinary."

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
