Sourcing & Procurement Associate – Contract - Hybrid, onsite requirement (Eden Prairie)


We're looking for a Sourcing & Procurement Associate to join a large enterprise organization on a contract basis. This is a great opportunity for a strategic sourcing professional to lead high-impact procurement initiatives in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.


What you'll do:

  • Lead strategic sourcing, procurement, and contracting efforts across a range of technology categories
  • Manage the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle — from category strategy through contract negotiation
  • Review, redline, and negotiate complex vendor agreements (SaaS, SOWs, amendments)
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Drive supplier rationalization and performance management initiatives


What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience leading strategic sourcing projects in a cross-functional environment
  • 3+ years negotiating complex master agreements and statements of work
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Experience with software/hardware, financial services, or healthcare-adjacent technology categories is a plus
