Position Title: Broker Contract Specialist
Job Description: Broker Contract Specialist Shift: Monday- Friday
Location: Hybrid 1: You must reside within a 50 mile proximity to our Tampa, FL office: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. The Broker Contract Specialist will be responsible for conducting broker background checks, analyzing results to determine qualifications of potential brokers, interpreting and accurately applying state laws for licensing/appointing brokers, , and establishing and reconciling required broker appointments with the DOI. How you will make an impact:
Minimum Requirements: Requires a high school diploma or a GED equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences: BA/BS preferred Insurance license may be required Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary
