Youโ€™ll work across functions to simplify processes, strengthen performance visibility, and turn data into actionable insights. By combining ITM (Lean) principles with modern digital tools, youโ€™ll help teams improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Costโ€”creating sustainable results that last.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to operations, coaching others, and translating strategy into practical improvements. Youโ€™ll be empowered to lead Kaizen events, introduce digital solutions, and influence leaders and teams through partnership and trust.
