Projects will be on active military installations in Jacksonville, Florida and the surrounding areas.The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of construction projects, from initial planning and design through final delivery. This role ensures projects are executed in alignment with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget expectations.Local candidates are preferred; however, travel or relocation may be considered, as this is a fully on-site position. Due to the nature of the work on a military base, U.S. citizenship is required for all employees.Founded in 1996, RQ Construction, LLC has grown from a strong presence in Southern California's commercial and government Design-Build sector into a company with both national and international reach. Headquartered in Carlsbad, California, we provide end-to-end Design-Build services and manage projects across the United States with dedicated field teams assigned to each job site. Our expertise lies in delivering fast-paced new construction projects for public and private clients, with a primary emphasis on Department of Defense (DoD) work.
