Location: The IT Infrastructure Associate role is located at our North American Headquarters in the AT&T (Batman) Building in downtown Nashville, TN. Work Style: In-person, Monday - Friday

The IT Infrastructure Associate supports the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the company's IT infrastructure. Working within established procedures and in collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and external support partners, this role helps maintain the availability and reliability of servers, networks, user devices, and telecommunications systems. The Associate will provide technical support to employees while also gaining hands-on experience with network infrastructure, server environments, Microsoft 365, virtualization, and telecommunications technologies.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and telecommunications issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical support to employees for computers, network connectivity, software applications, and telecommunications systems.
  • Monitor network traffic and infrastructure performance and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Support and maintain Windows and Linux server environments.
  • Assist with the administration and support of Microsoft 365 applications and services.
  • Support VoIP and other telecommunications systems.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware, software, and network equipment.
  • Assist with the monitoring and maintenance of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN connectivity.
  • Support virtualization technologies and related infrastructure.
  • Assist with IT infrastructure projects, including implementation, testing, documentation, and ongoing support.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, systems, configurations, and support activities.
  • Order and coordinate IT equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and external support partners to resolve issues and support IT initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, systems, and the employee technology experience.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, IT best practices, and relevant security practices.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

  • Equivalent education and/or relevant IT experience may be considered.
  • 0-3 years of experience in IT, including experience with technical support, network operations, infrastructure, or related areas.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts
  • Experience with or familiarity with Windows operating systems and server environments.
  • Familiarity with Linux operating systems and server environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and related applications.
  • Familiarity with virtualization concepts and technologies.
  • Familiarity with VoIP or telecommunications systems is a plus.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a desire to help colleagues and stakeholders resolve technical issues.
  • Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and learn new technologies.
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
  • Bilingual English/Korean is a plus.
