Job Description
Position Summary:
Because Parjana® Distribution, LLC provides the industry's top source for a flexible, dynamic, green solution in water management, we are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual who wants to make a difference in how we solve the world's water challenges. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating computer-aided designs of project layouts, collaborating on market development efforts, and providing administrative support within the design team as needed.
Pay offered will vary depending on the skills and experiences of the individual applicant and is open, within a preapproved range, for negotiation at the time of hire.
Responsibilities and Duties
Some examples of the necessary job functions related to the position include (but are not limited to):
  • Utilizing AutoCAD to create detailed, scaled drawings of installation layouts, utility data, and hydrological parameters.
  • Assisting in the research and design process by collecting data from multiple sources, either by internet, meetings, phone calls, or direct field work.
  • Assisting in the troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues that may arise during the design process.
  • Keeping records of all information related to the design phase of a project for documentation, clarification, and presentation.
  • Collaborating with project partners (including sales, administration, installers, and external parties) to ensure accurate and efficient project completion.
  • Contributing to the evolution of the company and design procedures by offering honest and constructive insights.

Minimum Education, Certification, and Experience Preferences

  • Pending or completed Associates Degree, preferably in areas of, Civil/Environmental Engineering, Project Management, Mathematics, Computer Science, Architecture, Data Science/Analytics, or related field(s). May substitute experience.
  • One (1) year experience with AutoCAD, Access software, and ArcGIS.
