Tribalco is actively seeking an experienced and highly motivated Computer Support Specialist III to join our team in Austin, TX supporting the U.S. Army's Transformation and Training Command (T2COM). In this position, the successful candidate will provide Service Desk functions as described below.
Key Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.
  • Configure authorized end user and network devices, to include computers, printers, laptops, scanners, and other hardware.
  • Configure bulk authorized end user and network devices, to include computers, printers, laptops, scanners, and other hardware
  • Provide local touch labor services, to include installation, troubleshooting, and software updates; security updates; vendor patches (service packs, service releases), etc., when electronic application means do not exist
  • Provide local touch labor services, to include installation, troubleshooting, and repair
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Must possess and maintain an IA/IT Level I baseline certification (IAT I) IAW AR 25-2 and DoDI 8500.01/DoDI 8510.01-based processes, as well as an IAT II certification IAW DoD 8570.01-M.
  • Security + CE

  • This position requires an active SECRET clearance
