REQUIREMENTS

Ideal candidates will possess relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience and an undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, physics or mathematics. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm, engineering, or industry experience, and superb writing and communication skills. Admission to the USPTO is required for all candidates. JD and active bar admission in the jurisdiction in which the candidate intends to practice are required for all associate candidates.
The firm is especially interested in candidates who can draft, file, and prosecute patent applications related to graphics processing units, tensor processing units, accelerators, neural engines, and robotics circuitry and actuators.
