RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Associate Software Engineer in Draper, UT.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Application Development:
* Develop and maintain full-stack web application features using C#/.NET, SQL, and Angular or React
* Assist with modernizing legacy applications and migrating them to current platforms
* Support applications hosted in Azure cloud and hybrid environments
* Work with APIs and other Microsoft development technologies
Application Support & Testing:
* Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across Dev, QA, and Production environments
* Write and execute test cases before promoting features to higher environments
* Respond to service requests and escalate issues when appropriate
* Follow secure coding practices, programming standards, and SDLC processes
Collaboration & Delivery:
* Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and communicate progress to team members and stakeholders
* Collaborate with engineers, product owners, project managers, and business partners
* Participate in code reviews and learn CI/CD and DevOps deployment processes
* Receive and apply feedback from senior engineers and management
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
* 1+ years of experience developing web applications using Microsoft technologies
* Experience with C#/.NET and SQL
* Experience with Angular or React
* Exposure to ASP.NET, Web API, Blazor, HTML5, and CSS is preferred
* Familiarity with Visual Studio, SQL Server, Azure App Services, Azure DevOps, or Azure Repos is preferred
* Understanding of CI/CD pipelines is preferred
* Strong communication, collaboration, documentation, and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute wherever needed
* Ability to work onsite five days per week
* Experience in beverage/food industry preferred
* Willingness to learn and take initiatives

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
