ROLE SUMMARY
Seeking applicants in the following states: CT, FL, GA, IA, MA, MD, NC, OH, RI, SC, TN
Primacy is seeking an AI Solutions Associate to support the expansion and adoption of artificial intelligence across the agency. This role will work closely with senior technology leadership and cross-functional teams to help research, prototype, and implement AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency for both clients and internal teams.
This is a hands-on, learning-oriented role for someone early in their career who is deeply curious about AI and excited to apply emerging technologies in real-world marketing and customer experience contexts. The ideal candidate is eager to experiment, ask questions, and translate AI capabilities into practical use cases under the guidance of more senior team members.
Measures:
  • Contribution to the research, development, and launch of multiple AI proofs-of-concept or pilots per year that are adopted by internal teams or client projects.
  • Operational Impact: helping deliver AI-enabled solutions that demonstrate measurable efficiency gains (e.g., time saved, cost reduced, improved workflows) for internal teams or clients.
  • Adoption & Enablement: actively supports AI adoption across teams through documentation, training, or hands-on assistance, resulting in consistent usage of approved AI tools and practices.
  • Learning & Growth: demonstrating continuous skill development in AI and marketing technology through certifications, applied learning, or experimentation that increases independence and value over time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
AI Solutions Support
  • Support the development and execution of the agency's AI initiatives and roadmap.
  • Assist in researching emerging AI tools and technologies and documenting potential applications.
  • Contribute to the creation of reusable AI patterns, frameworks, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Help evaluate AI tools for internal use and client-facing solutions.
Client Solutions & Innovation
  • Support client teams in integrating AI into ongoing project work.
  • Assist with pilot initiatives and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate AI-driven value.
  • Help translate AI capabilities into clear, practical solutions aligned with client goals.
  • Participate in post-implementation reviews to identify learnings and improvement opportunities.
Internal Enablement
  • Help document AI best practices, workflows, and usage guidelines for internal teams.
  • Support internal training, demos, or knowledge-sharing sessions focused on AI tools.
  • Promote responsible and ethical AI usage through research and collaboration.
Business Development & Thought Leadership
  • Assist with proposals, case studies, and presentations involving AI-enabled services.
  • Support thought leadership efforts such as blog posts, internal insights, or research summaries on AI trends in marketing.

What it takes to succeed in this role
QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, data, analytics, or emerging technology roles involving AI implementations and solutions.
  2. Degree in Computer Science strongly preferred.
  3. Hands-on AI experience building personal or professional products, automations, or AI-powered solutions.
  4. Experience working with modern agentic AI frameworks, MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI skills/tools, and orchestration concepts.
  5. Practical experience with one or more AI development environments or coding agents such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or Windsurf.
  6. Familiarity with integrating AI capabilities into business workflows, internal tools, customer experiences, or automation pipelines.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate using AI tools and emerging technologies.
  8. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  9. Self-starter mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and passion for staying current with the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.
  10. Preferred: exposure to cloud platforms, APIs, LLM integrations, prompt engineering, RAG workflows, or automation platforms.
