*To be eligible for this position, please ensure that you have completed the employment history on the application and uploaded the required documentation:

1. High school graduation or other equivalent (i.e., General Educational Development (GED), foreign equivalency, etc.).

2. Five (5) years of work experience in providing operations/support assistance and troubleshooting desktop computers and related systems; or, Associates degree with major area of study in an Information Technology (IT)related field such as management information systems (MIS), Computer science (CS), etc.; plus, three (3) years of work experience in providing operations/support assistance and troubleshooting desktop computers and related systems.
