Description & Requirements

We are seeking a skilled Appian Developer with 3-6 years of experience to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade, mission-critical applications. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in the Appian platform, strong SQL skills, and thrives in Agile/SAFe environments.

This position is remote and requires a Public Trust security clearance.

Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and configure complex enterprise applications using Appian components (SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, Web APIs).
  • Design and implement secure integrations using RESTful APIs and authentication patterns.
  • Perform SQL data modeling and database design.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Appian applications for performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Appian development experience (v17.x or higher).
  • U.S. Citizenship required (Federal contract requirement).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
  • Appian Certified Associate or Senior Developer required.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Relational Databases.
