We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our growing Solid Rocket Motor Engineering Team. The Senior Project Engineer will lead and coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting and troubleshooting across multiple programs. Leads an Integrated Project Team (IPT) to design, develop, manufacture, and deliver products. Works with engineering management to plan, staff, and execute projects of all sizes. Serves as engineering interface to program management, senior leadership, and the customer community. Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.

  • Prepares engineering designs and work specifications.
  • Develops project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.

      The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position.
