Job description

Product Owner - Agentic AI Solutions
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of innovative agentic AI solutions within a healthcare-focused environment. The ideal candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders, AI/ML engineering teams, UX designers, and governance teams to define product strategy, translate requirements into actionable user stories, and drive high-impact solutions that improve automation, efficiency, and user outcomes.
Role Responsibilities
• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for agentic AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Identify high-value use cases where autonomous agents can drive efficiency, automation, or new capabilities.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Define agent behaviors, decision boundaries, success criteria, and measurable outcomes such as accuracy, latency, cost per task, and task completion rates.
• Partner with engineering teams to scope technical feasibility, estimate effort, and evaluate architecture trade-offs for agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with AI/ML, data science, UX, compliance, and governance teams to ensure solutions meet responsible AI standards.
• Establish guardrails, escalation paths, monitoring processes, and audit trails for agent actions, especially in regulated environments.
• Drive go-to-market planning, pilot programs, phased rollouts, stakeholder demos, and executive reporting for product progress.
• Support Agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog grooming, dependency management, and prioritization of technical debt and enhancements.
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally supporting AI/ML, automation, digital product, or healthcare technology solutions.
• Experience with healthcare products, consumer care product development, or digital product lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery practices, backlog prioritization, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across engineering, design, business, data science, and compliance teams.
• Experience defining product success metrics, KPIs, OKRs, and product performance reporting.
• Ability to evaluate product opportunities, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and balance autonomy, risk, and control in AI-enabled workflows.
• Familiarity with healthcare platforms or products such as TriZetto is preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and executive presentation skills.
