5 years minimum experience with related technologies (Mainframe and related skills) Production support experience in application support (L2L3)
Tperson associate must be able to developer and support using Mainframe Technologies such as JCL, Cobol, DB2
Tperson associate must interact with Client and vendor partners on a day-to-day basis and ensure all BAU processes are running as expected.
Monitor tperson personalth of tperson application and inform all tperson stakeholders and LOB for any issues findings.
Prioritize tperson tasks accordingly and complete it within expected deadlines
Monitor tperson incident queues regularly and ensure all tperson IMs and Service-Now requests are completed addressed within tperson provided SLAs.
Follow tperson change management process for any new changes and perform tperson validations System cpersoncks post-production deployment.
Work with multiple teams and address any issues or concern with tperson file transmissions and data.
Addressing all tperson vulnerabilities, variances, and findings on time with related to tperson supported applications.
Mainframe (JCL, Cobol, DB2, CICS), SAS, DYL, Hogan, Tivoli Work Scheduler, Service Now, Jira
