Director of Patient Financial Services, BOM, hands on Director needed for Az. hospital.. 

 Will have overall responsibility over: Billing, collections, A/R, A/P, strong customer relations. Will support and mentor staff and follow the vision of the Total Healing Environment and the values of respect, integrity, accountability, commitment and quality by providing administrative leadership and direction to the Business Office staff, who are responsible for accurate information gathering and timely billing and collections of accounts receivable; facilitates staff education and development.

Required Qualifications: College degree BS or higher desired. 

 5+years of management level experience within the healthcare environment including coordinating and assigning work, managing performance and mentoring, training and educating staff Five + years of director level experience and knowledge in the areas of hospital revenue cycle, billing, collections or accounts receivable management

    Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing providing excellent customer service Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment Proficiency with electronic spreadsheets and PC based applications, including MS Excel & Word working knowledge of ERP systems, including the use of Excel Add-Ins Working knowledge of ad hoc reporting Preferred
