What You'll Do
As a Client Engineer, you'll provide technical support and infrastructure assistance across a variety of systems, devices, and enterprise applications. You'll work closely with internal users and IT teams to ensure systems remain secure, reliable, and aligned with operational needs.


In this role, you will:

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues both onsite and remotely
  • Support collaboration platforms including Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, and Slack
  • Configure and manage user devices using endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF, and SCCM
  • Maintain IT asset records and support equipment lifecycle management
  • Apply system updates, patches, and security configurations to maintain secure environments
  • Support endpoint security initiatives including antivirus, encryption, and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
  • Assist with user access and identity management activities
  • Troubleshoot network-related issues including Wi-Fi, VPN, and VoIP systems
  • Participate in system upgrades, cloud migrations, and technology deployment projects
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems engineering teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, procedures, and technical standards
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and IT best practices

Requirements

What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a service-oriented IT professional with strong troubleshooting skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative manufacturing environment.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and procedures
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting end users and enterprise technology systems


Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, JAMF, SCCM, or similar endpoint management tools
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
  • Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Familiarity with endpoint security and compliance best practices


Your Work Schedule

This is a full-time, non-exempt position working Monday through Friday, day shift. Additional hours may occasionally be required to support operational needs and IT projects.
