Role Overview

As a Financial Service Professional at LPL Financial, you’ll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our advisors and investors. Here’s a glimpse of what your day-to-day will look like:

Your journey will begin with a training program, where you will receive extensive training on our clients, systems, and products.

Throughout this entire period, you will receive hands-on coaching and support as well as guided on-the-job

practice time.

Upon graduation from training, you will be onboarded to a team where together you serve as the first point of contact for our Advisors and their Investors, taking 25-30 inbound contacts daily, handling everything from simple account inquiries to supporting complex financial transactions.

** while initial expectations for the number of calls handled may vary, as associates become more efficient and proficient, their ability to handle a greater number of calls will naturally increase. Although they will be single-skilled at the outset, those demonstrating strong performance may have opportunities to cross-train in additional call types that support our business needs.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong customer service experience in a client-facing environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
